Recently, many netizens have asked me to introduce myself.
This is in line with my own thoughts. As I am approaching 50 years old, the elderly will naturally have more memories.
Childhood to university
Before I was 16 years old, I basically grew up in my grandmother's house. In that era, most families were poor and hungry. My grandfather was a member of the Kuomintang, so he was naturally even poorer and hungrier.
When I didn't have many memories, I had prolapse and arthritis. My grandfather sold grain and sent me to the hospital; my grandmother spent 15 or 16 years using folk methods to cure my arthritis. When I was 16 or 17 years old, the pain suddenly stopped.
My grandfather is the best person I have ever met. My grandmother is the most hardworking and kind person I have ever met. My childhood was full of joy. My aunts, uncles, and uncles all loved me very much. There were also many playmates, and the best one was one year older than me and a generation older than me.
I had very good classmates in middle school, high school, and college. There were also many in high school and college.
The money for my college education was pooled together by my father's seven brothers. The seven uncles have one thing in common: they are honest and kind-hearted. As soon as I entered college, I worked hard at various jobs, and everything got better and better.
I also had very good classmates, especially PK, and we still keep in touch.
After graduation
After graduation, I worked in Jiangsu for a year. In 2000, I came to Guangzhou and worked in inkjet printer operation, graphic design, website production, and also worked as a computer teacher.
In 2003, I set up my own computer studio. In 2004, our website traffic reached the top ten in the country. But I have no business acumen and wanted to sell the website, but I couldn't. In the same year, my daughter was also born here in Guangzhou.
In 2005, my son was born in Anhui. In 2009, I bought a house in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. In 2012, I returned to Anhui.
Beginning to believe in the Lord
In 2017, I believed in the Lord, and in the same year, I opened a printing shop and a photo studio; I began to help petitioners, and also provided services for house churches and preached the gospel to college students. In 2018, I started to go to the police station regularly for training. In 2020, I took the initiative to close the printing shop and photo studio.
In 2021, I bought a house in Hefei. I used the Internet to spread the Bible, Christian sermons and books.
Accidents and escape
In 2023, when we were recorded twice, we did not dare to admit that everything they found was what we did.
We were as timid as panicked birds and began to run away. It was my first time going abroad and I was at a loss. After running for several months, I didn’t know which country would take us in.
At the beginning of 2024, we finally arrived here. Whether we will be deported by this country, we don’t know yet.
I gave up everything and spent everything. A family of four came here. I worked as a cleaner, a porter, a warehouse worker, and a sorter. I have a relatively hard life. I have been here for almost a year and have only eaten one meal outside, and it was what others told us to eat.
The rent here is very expensive, and gasoline is also expensive. The language requirements here are very high, and I miss home here.
The Chinese here cheat Chinese people, it’s very serious. I hope more Chinese people can believe in the Lord. Chinese people have the highest crime rate among ethnic minorities in this country. Needless to say, the proportion of believers in the Lord is the lowest.
Do I regret it?
When I was in China, my daughter had just entered a very good university with a good major. My son was also very good in science. We had a house and a car. Now we have nothing.
Do you regret it? I often think: I will not run for more than ten years at most, maybe only a few years. I often blame myself for my cowardice and lack of faith. I am so worried that if I am imprisoned, what will happen to my wife and children?
This year's life:
Originally, there are only five or six WeChat accounts that are still in use, and each has 3,000 to 5,000 friends. But I am still spreading the gospel. It was some WeChat friends who made me want to write this article "My Memories".
The video account has been basically blocked. I registered a new video account here and tried to spread the gospel to the Chinese here.
I continue to provide various materials, sermons, e-books, etc. for the Lord, especially for those who are still there and still inside the wall, and most of them are provided free of charge. This gave us great comfort.
A family of four, we go to church 1-3 times a week and read the Bible every night. We also keep preaching the gospel.
We don’t know what the future will be like. We really don’t know what tomorrow will be like, but we do know that tomorrow is in the hands of the Lord.
